Customized consults are available by phone and in-person.

INITIAL CONTACT : FREE 20 minute phone call to get acquainted and make a plan for your first session.

NEW CLIENTS: 60 minute phone call.

CURRENT CLIENTS: 30 minute phone calls.

HOUSE CALLS: Prices will vary. Please call to discuss your request with Kathy. (kathy@kvnutrition.com)

Phone calls are a flexible choice that can easily be worked in on a lunch hour or when you're home.

House Calls

House calls offer a unique opportunity to include a friend, roommate or family.

We can take a peek in the pantry as we talk about ways to personalize your meal plan with favorite and new foods.

Time and cost will vary depending on the topic we discuss and if we include food (preparation and/or eating together).
